Ensuring customers satisfaction, supervising and managing the customer service team, training staff members to provide the highest standards of customer service. Key result areas Review the daily in-warded enquiries, allot to the right team member in his team with clearly set requirements and timeline. Price calculation and price verification. Commercial Administration in coordination with Sales, CS-Technical, Design, PPC, Production, Material Management & etc., Enquiry and Quotation Management. Coordinate with field engineers & Customers for all the details required to process the enquiry. Ensuring on time submission of quotation. Follow-up and conclude orders with field engineers & customers. Ensure order confirmation sent on time with accuracy. Planning of semi-finished goods and critical raw materials/spares. Ensuring on time delivery of material/service to customer. Preparing MIS reports. Improve customer service process constantly by setting policies and standards.
