OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Manage Project until contract closure, respecting the QCD commitment & the EHS target.
Technical Competency & Experience:
10 years Telecom experience
Organisational Reporting
DPM reports directly to the Project Manager

Project Core Team members,
PMs from other Product Lines
Works closely with the : Customer representatives, PMs . He shall work closely with the project core team including Planning, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Installtion, T&C, Quality and Safety teams. He/she shall also have a link with the teams involved in the project from different locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliever project according to QCD, Contract and Safety commitments as specified at contract signature & related signed Variation Orders
Ensure that the project workload needs are well forecasted and anticipated by Project Managers
Define, review & adjust strategies of the project with Project Manager; periodically
Animate and lead operationally the Project Team, defining the project priorities
Support Customer Director in getting customer acceptance of the project
Ensure Project Management Processes, Methods and Tools are applied on project
Ensure EHS rules are applied
Manage operational interface with client to satisfy contract requirements and plan compliance;
Qualifications & Skills:
EDUCATION: Graduate in Electronics and/or Tele Comm. Engg. Or equivalent.
