Description Role title: Scrum Master Location: Pune, Bangalore, Ahmedabad Primary Skills: Scrum Master Experience: 5+ years Role purpose: The Current incumbent will be responsible for the following Understanding the Product requirement Ensure, the team understands the project\'s goals & scope Daily Scrum Meets to understand the status of the sprints and impediments if any Facilitating scrum events as needed. Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to overcome the impediments and ensure seamless Sprint delivery Keeping the project stakeholders up to date on the progress of the Sprints / Iterations Skills Mandatory Skill set: Total IT Experience 5 + Should have experience as a Scrum Master for at least 4 years Scrum Master Certified Acts as a Team lead/Mentor for Scrum Teams Good Business Communication skills Experience working with Project Management tools like JIRA, MIRO, MSP, etc. Desired: Scrum Master Certified (CSM) / SA/SP Job Responsibility Understanding the Product requirement Ensure, the team understands the project\'s goals & scope Facilitating Scrum Events as needed Daily Scrum Meets to understand the status of the sprints and impediments if any Facilitating scrum events as needed Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to overcome impediments and ensure seamless Sprint delivery Ensure effective collaboration between the Scrum team & Product Owner Keeping the project stakeholders up to date on the progress of the scrum teams\' projects Should be a team player and be decisive in critical instances of deployments Ensure closure of all impediments for the sprints through effective coordination and collaboration within the teams Conflict Facilitation / Resolution Not a perfect fit Worried that you don\'t meet all the desired criteria exactly At Vodafone we are passionate about Inclusion for All and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive, whatever their personal or professional background.
