Job Description
We are hiring for Deputy Manager-Non Litigation
Job Purpose:
To handle all Non-litigation matters for the organization for the State of Maharashtra.
- Work with the package teams working on non litigation matters concerning the Group.
- Apply structured problem solving skills in either roles (litigation team / Non litigation team) to create
- Due diligence of lands and structuring of acquisitions.
- Lead initiatives to put in place best in class systems and processes in order to improve team
- Lead, direct and guide a team of executives to deliver 100% on-time and at-quality support across
- Vetting of documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement,
to Mortgage - Hypothecation - Pledge, Power Of Attorney, Affidavit and other documents pertaining to
litigation.
- Internal Interactions: Law firms, Council, Advocates, Solicitors
handled matters involving property laws including revenue related proceedings, Title search etc.
Special Requirements :
- Should have excellent Commercial drafting skills - MUST
- Should have sound knowledge of Property Laws of State of Maharashtra.
- Should be well versed with court procedures. Negotiating and communicating as well as settlement
- Should have excellent drafting skills with regard to Court Proceedings
Experience : 6-10 Years
Location : Thane West Khopat
Salary Range: 7,00,000 to 12,00,000 LPA
