Empanel and coordinate with local lawyers maintain relationships. . Maintaining Legal MIS of against litigations cost and transactions. . Implement alternative dispute resolution methods. . Maintain record for Compliance and Audit. . Depending on the capability and performance of the candidate the job holder will assist other senior officers in the team. . Provide all requisite assistance to FCU Collections Team & other Cross Function Teams . Drafting of replies to notices received from Law Enforcement Agencies Statutory / Regulatory Bodies etc. . Drafting & vetting of notices & litigation documentation. Required Qualifications and Experience . Should be a Law graduate. . 2or 3 years PQE preferably in Finance Industry. .
