Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities ? Empanel and coordinate with local lawyers maintain relationships. ? Maintaining Legal MIS of against litigations cost and transactions. ? Implement alternative dispute resolution methods. ? Maintain record for Compliance and Audit. ? Depending on the capability and performance of the candidate the job holder will assist other senior officers in the team. ? Provide all requisite assistance to FCU Collections Team & other Cross Function Teams ? Drafting of replies to notices received from Law Enforcement Agencies Statutory / Regulatory Bodies etc. ? Drafting & vetting of notices & litigation documentation. Required Qualifications and Experience ? Should be a Law graduate. ? 2or 3 years PQE preferably in Finance Industry. ? Experience in handling Civil Criminal Consumer matters & fair understanding of handling Insolvency matters.
