Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• To prepare fixtures/ set-up for test tractors to run on TT/ load car.
• To maintain repair break down / updation / service record/ logbook for all track tractors.
• To align with proto/ engine team for tractor rework / inspection/ service of test tractors.
• To maintain Tractor library in yard and upkeep tractors in working condition.
• To arrange consumables/ setup parts / tractor parts etc. from store for test tractors.
• To update / maintain implements in good working order.
• To maintain 5s and make scrap of not required items need base.
• To arrange tractor PDI and keep tractors outward/ inward for test locations.
• Support to Project Managers for test plan as per field availability and seasons
• Local trials / track trials on performance and suitability and submission of report
• Timely submission and preparation of reports of different projects
• Tractor running execution as per scheduled plan of endurance testing
• Co-ordination with Project leaders and DETs for timely repair of field tractors under testing
• Reports of ORCs with complete details and photographs

Education Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Agriculture

General Experience

• 3-5 Years of experience in Field/ In-house Testing.
• Must have experience of track tests like speed checking, load test, brake test, wheel slippage, reactions, TCD.
• Exposure of vibration test, noise test, Hyd. Lift, PTO, shower test will be an advantage.
• Trem IV/ Trem V engines diagnosis and rectification.
• Experience of Tractor / Front End loader aggregates like engine/ transmission/ hyd. For assy./ dis-assy./ problem diagnosis and their rectification.
• Must have exposure of various implements and their settings.

Critical Experience
