Job Description


Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.Planning & execution to Achieve Daily Targets
2.Resource management and Operator training
3.Resolution of Buy-off concern
4.Updation of SOS/process procedure, Stagewise audit, Implement CAPA and Production GAP analysis
5.Analysis and action plan for reduction of defects and Process rejection
6.Conversion cost reduction
7. Cell formation data analytics & correction
8. EOL testing. Rejection analysis
9. CDR & HRD testing data analysis and improvements in line

BE / BTech - 1st Preferance - Electrical / Electronics
2nd Preferance - Mechanical / Mechatronics

General Experience

3-8 Years

Critical Experience

1. Problem resolution through Application of 7 QC tools, 8D, DMAIC analysis etc
2. Good knowledge of Automobile assembly & aggregate assembly process
3. MPPAP / APQP knowledge
4. Preferred to have experience in Power Pack (Lithium Ion) assembly line & vehicle assembly assembly process
5. Preferred to have experience in Power Pack testing process / Cell testing process, cell formation, CDR etc...
6. Knowledge in process troubleshooting and providing solutions
7. Experience in handling manpower
8. Data Analytics
