Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
Mapping business needs and tailoring a solution using all relevant products and solutions, drawing on expert internal resources as required.
In-charge of India market for Battery Management System / Battery Charger Line / Power Electronics, dealing with OEMs & Distributors in the assigned territories
Formulating a quarterly Business Plan, and annual sales plans, monthly MIS Reports, Collection Plan, Invoicing Plan and determining the level of needed support
Lending marketing support to OEMs/ Distributors regarding quotations, costing, project status & technical support
Creating the sales funnel from collecting leads to closing business in close coordination with the distributors, integrators
Accountable for doing market survey to track the performance and give feedback to management for improvement or new trends in the market
Gathering competitive information relating to product launches and product performance, pricing, distribution, sales and promotional activities and formulating appropriate responses
Analyzing the competitors' products and strategies and give feedback to Directors of the company for decision making which results in increasing the market share
Responsible for achieving center level targets (Collection & Numbers) as a representative
Employing aggressive sales plans and ensuring sales quotas were met and exceeded while surpassing client service expectations
Participating and organizing own stands/booths at various International / Domestic Fairs and Exhibitions
Coordinating with export department activity and of handling new clients and contracts negotiation
Providing weekly KPI (Key Performance Indicators) performance data reports to both internal and external parties; working with parts manager to ascertain the stock.
Projecting customer requirements, providing customized products and delivered technical preparedness
Qualifications and Experience Levels:
Sales and marketing through local dealers to achieve the targeted sales level of the region
Proficient in prospecting the leads and identifying sales opportunities for offering solutions in OEM Sales
4 - 8 years B.E. Electronics & Communication / Mechanical
Must Have:
The ideal candidate should be result oriented with proven experience of 4-8 years in the field of Energy/Power Electronics/BMS / Battery Charge line.
OEM Sales for Buses, Trucks, LCV, HCV. Electric Vehicle, E-Mobility.
Working Conditions:
A standard working week.
