• Handling Accounts payable for different entities/regions and vendors
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, PO & Non-PO invoices, statements, etc.
• Processing of invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Daily Invoice review
• Payment processing - Payment to vendors, employees on time and with accuracy by preparing payment proposal, execution of pay run and release of payment from bank portal
• Creation of PR and PO
• Managing Accounts payable Month End Close and related task
• Vendor Data Management - Supplier Creation review
• Concur expenses management and related audits
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Calculate and prepare monthly SLA for management reporting

Long Description

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years into F&A and Accounts Payable domain

Key Skill and Expertise:

• In depth knowledge about E2E accounts payable process
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), collaboration, and presentation skills
• Good stakeholder management
• Experience managing project work with tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to engage at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing against project plans
• Comfortable in both individual contributing roles and cross-functional team management roles
