Job Description


Key Responsibilities Of The Role Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with leadership, operations and stakeholder-facing teams to understand stakeholder requirements and pain points. Design end-to-end offshoring solutions that address stakeholder challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes. Develop detailed solution architectures, including process flows, technology components, and integration strategies. Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of offshoring domain and industry best practices. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and innovations within offshoring and related industries. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, participating in discussions to align solution design with their business goals. Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including leadership, operations, technology, and quality assurance, to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and executable. Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Solution Documentation: Prepare comprehensive solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans. Pre-Sales Support: Assist the leadership team in creating compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value and feasibility of the proposed solutions. Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide technical insights. Quality Assurance: Review and validate proposed solutions to ensure they meet the required quality and performance standards. Perform risk assessments and mitigation planning for proposed solutions. Transition Management: Oversee the transition of projects from one phase to another, ensuring a seamless transfer of responsibilities, knowledge, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to define transition objectives, scope, and success criteria. Develop transition plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies. Coordinate and facilitate transition activities, such as knowledge transfer, training, and documentation updates. Identify potential roadblocks or issues during the transition process and develop strategies to address them effectively. Monitor the progress of transition activities, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Conduct post-transition evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the transition process and identify areas for improvement Competencies Required For The Role Minimum bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. Master\'s degree, PMP certification is a plus. Proven experience of 8+ years as a Solution Architect & transition management, preferably within the captive GSC organization. Strong knowledge of BPO processes, technologies, and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in creating architectural diagrams and documentation. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Workplace Type: In office
