Responsible for managing allocated technology transfer /site addition/ site transfer projects within the SGO sites , according to the established goals and timelines ,in collaboration with various functions like regulatory, formulation, BD, Analytical, MSTG, QC, QA , Production and SCM team.
Coordination for project feasibility evaluation with respect to technical aspect with allocation team, sending , receiving site & QC team ( Technical feasibility ,Gap-analysis, CAPEX, )
Creating project master schedule and track the project progress versus timelines
Project Tracking by way of Organizing internal team/Global team meeting/weekly calls and effective use of excel/ MSP for monitoring
Identify and escalate any critical path delays which could impact Timeline/ submission to stakeholder for resolution, way forward and further decision.
Coordinate and follow up across all the functions i.e. MSTG,QA,QC, Production, Packing, SCM,BD, RA ADD & F&D etc. to complete the activities as per the timelines
Facilitate discussions and try to bring about consensus between all stakeholders for the activities/challenges
Follow up for the API /excipients/PM deliveries and release as per the time schedule in coordination with Purchase ,SCM,WH &QC.
Follow up and coordinate which Engg,/project team, packaging team and Purchase team for the Tooling ,Change part, Capex equipment delivery and installation as per the time schedule agreed.
Follow up and help site/project team for IT related issues/challenges faced during project execution.
Coordinate for the AMV/AMT sample dispatch and clearance with import and export logistic team.
Coordinate for the smooth transition of product post approval for commercial supply
