Key purpose of the job: The role is responsible for achieving the targets for order booking, sales revenue, unit sales and implementing the sales and Marketing strategy for projects in the region through leading a sales, Marketing and CRM team.
Key Accountabilities
To oversee the entire Sales, Marketing and CRM of residential segment of the Bangalore Project.
To define the strategy for penetration and stay ahead of curve in Bangalore market and achieve the revenue targets defined.
To liaison with the internal and external channel partners/agencies and ensure articulation of Company\xe2\x80\x99s desired image and position, to agencies both internal and external.
Ensure that the Company regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity and monitor market trends.
To participate in development of incentive plans for the sales team Sales management
To review Sales team performance on a daily basis to ensure generation of leads through calls, references and various marketing & promotional measures and to ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions
To ensure productivity of the Sales team and provide necessary support in terms of training etc to enhance productivity
To coordinate with other functions viz. Sales Admin/CRM, Engineering, Legal on critical customer queries
Managing the entire customer life cycle with excellent customer experience from booking to Handover.
To identify and develop relations with existing & new key customers (E.g. Corporates, HNI Clients)
To oversee after sales support to the customers
To identify and develop relationships with Partners (brokers/ property consultants) to ensure market penetration in the region.
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing and sales strategies for residential space, communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. To direct the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinate at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the company.
To assess the demand of products and services in the Real estate sector in the micro and macro market and accordingly plan the positioning of products and services offered by the company.
To ensure effective implementation of Marketing strategies and initiatives to drive sales
To identify local media for marketing communication and provide inputs to the centralized Marketing team
To coordinate and support PR activities under guidance of the Central PR team
To continuously track changing trends of the consumer and conveying the same to the HOD
To track competitor movements in the region and strategies for their properties so as to get strategic advantage and first mover advantage
Strategic
To develop the strategy for sales and sales plan in line with the Organization goals
To provide market intelligence and trends in the market to enable shaping future strategy.
To conceptualize & launch sales initiatives to maximize order booking
To consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities
To achieve satisfactory customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and collection targets
Process improvement and automation for betterment of customer experience

Keep abreast of developments in the area
Participate in recruitment of appropriate talent in line with approvals for work area
Manage the team effectively by coaching, mentoring, provide periodic feedback and exposure to enhance learning.
To share best practices within the project/ region
Internal & External Interactions Internal: CEO, Business Heads, All Functional Heads, Project Heads External: Customers, suppliers, contractors, External consultants
Education & Experience Requirement:
Any Degree + Post Graduate/ MBA
At least 17-23 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with real estate or construction sector
