Position : Dr. General Manager - International Marketing

Company Profile : Ahmedabad based Company. Manufacturers of Pharma coating / Excipient/API.

Job Role :

- Accountable for Sales & Marketing and Business Development activities of API for International market.

- Formulating strategies to develop new customers ensuring geographical penetration.

- Effectively manages the sales cycle from client consultation to closing with customer mapping, tracking of competitor\'s activity, building a strong relationship with customers for sustains business growth and achieve desired annual revenue target.

- Customer service and relationship management with periodic visit to customers and planning of customers plant audits.

- Identifying and analysing market dynamics using various databases, reports and market research tools.

- Liaising with cross function department like Quality, Regulatory, R & D, Finance, Operational and logistics teams.

- Competitor analysis in terms of their pricing, product offering, challenges or limitations, strategic decisions and expansions.

- Tracking of Import / Export data of key raw material as well as Paracetamol for understanding of price trend, competitor\'s activities, quantity analysis, total Indian market available for product to decide the marketing strategies

- Effective follow up for receivable and credit control management.

- Managing the sales team / sales coordinator and ensuring that their deliverables effectively.

- Attending trade shows, conferences or professional gathering to catch upon the changing trends of the industry and supporting marketing and promotional activities.

Desired Profile :

- B.Pharm / B.Sc + MBA (Mktg) from Reputed Institute with 12-15years experience in International Sales & Marketing of Pharma Coating / Excipient/ API.

- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Should have experience of developing business in Nepal / Bangladesh / Middle East /Africa / Other South East Asian countries
