Job objective :

- Deputy General Manager - Commercial Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the leasing and occupancy of our office spaces.

- They will play a crucial role in shaping the department\'s brand image, enhancing its market presence, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning :

- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth, create detailed marketing plans and budgets to achieve departmental targets.

Brand Management :

- Build and maintain a strong brand presence for the Commercial SBU including the BuzzWorks under the overall umbrella of the Brigade Group brand. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.

- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to uphold a cohesive and professional image.

Digital Marketing :

- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising. Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and lead generation.

- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize performance.

Content Development :

- Create compelling and informative content for various channels, including website content, brochures, press releases, and presentations.

- Collaborate with the necessary agencies to produce engaging materials that showcase the unique selling points of our office spaces.

Collaboration with Sales & Leasing Team :

- Work closely with the sales and leasing team to align marketing efforts with leasing targets.

- Provide marketing support to sales initiatives, including the development of promotional materials and campaigns.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted marketing strategies to attract them.

Event Management :

- Plan and execute events to promote office spaces, such as open houses, networking events, and industry conferences.

- Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships to enhance the department\'s visibility within the business community.

Analytics and Reporting :

- Regularly analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to the leadership team.

- Prepare comprehensive reports on marketing activities, return on investment, and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.

- 12-15 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate specific to commercial property sector.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think creatively and strategically.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.

- Leadership experience in managing a marketing team and agencies
