Job Context and Challenges A unique opportunity to be the incubating team for a change movement that focusses on shifting mindsets, working towards societal change. To create on Ground Impact by being a part of Aditya Birla Centre for Enrich Lives (ABCEL) , the roles will focus on working towards bringing quality of life via concentrated efforts made on different target groups. The targets group being vast and diverse would have different needs basis their socio, economic, cultural and psychological factors involved. The role holders would need to research, build consensus towards understanding the similar and unique needs for the target group and design interventions and partnerships that would lead to enrichment. Initiating this exciting journey the role holder would need to be passionate about the cause and work towards building knowledge for the organization, build processes, work with various stakeholders and integrate various elements. Are you someone who wants to Create Impact by bringing about Societal Change Are you someone who is excited to be the one creating Solutions that Change lives Are you someone who is Passionate about being a Social Entrepreneur Principal Accountabilities Partnering and Network Strengthening Develop the Strategy of ABCEL based on research that identifies the unique and diverse needs of the target population. Build proposal outlining the interventions and showcase the journey map for Organization. Partner with internal stakeholders, people of influence in business, practitioners, institutions, government and semi government agencies and likeminded organizations to build organization capability in the domain and help identify potential gaps, opportunity areas for ABCEL to develop a unique proposition to aid the target groups Evaluate potential avenues within the ABG ecosystem that has potential to pilot interventions that could support the larger organization cause. Build organization capability, systems, Institutionalise Processes and help integrate Program intervention in line with outcomes with indicators. Support the Organization in developing procedures to vet potential partners and affiliates in terms of programming capacity, implementation capacity, monitoring and evaluation capacity, financial management capacity, institutional governance and management capacity and staff training as a member of the core working group. Project Management Help define the scope, goals and deliverables of the Project Provision of technical and programmatic leadership to ensure the quality implementation of project activities and achievement of objectives Review the progress of activities, provide management support, supervision and direction for the implementation of the Project for output to be delivered Evaluate performance of the interventions launched and monitors progress basis the Project Proposals Research and Analysis Perform primary and secondary research across different domains to get qualitative and quantitative insights in different domains Researching trends, conducting surveys, analyzing data from market, government agencies, semi government bodies, other development organizations etc to identify patterns of potential issues or improvements. Facilitate organization knowledge by use of appropriate research methodology and integrating various insights to develop POV. Validate via substantiated data and trends the decisions taken, guide the decision-making of the Organization Advocacy Develop an advocacy plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the ABCEL Identify and plan for advocacy capacity development to represent ABCEL and raise the profile of the organization at relevant platforms within ABG ecosystem and beyond it at other platforms. Participate in program building and partnering with other organizations to enhance the visibility of ABCEL and showcase the initiatives taken with on ground impact. Work with government agencies, institutions and identify opportunities to partner with government, semi government bodies and other development organization to showcase the research done on focussed target groups and aid intervention in any way possible Organizational Leadership Champion the organization cause by being a social entrepreneur, be the driving force for the organization and provide strong day to day leadership presence Contribute to the development of strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization Qualifications: 02 degree Minimum Experience Level: 5-7 Years Report to: Manager
