Minimum Job Requirements




Educational Qualification:


Essential Professional Qualification : ICWA Qualified
Desirable Qualification : B.COM or M.COM with 1st Division




Experience:


15 to 20 years




Any additional requirement:


Knowledge of ms- office, advance excel (familiarity with vlookup, hlookup,pivot table, formulas, macros etc.), working knowledge of sap fico module is must.




Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)




The incumbent must have minimum 15 to 20 years of exp. be in a Manufacturing sector in Product Costing Department in SAP environment.




Key Roles and Responsibilities




Financial

• To keep track of Material Variances / Abnormal wastages / exceptional expenses.
• To be responsible for plant product costing and efficiency reporting and to undertake analysis of Costing Reports and aid in management decision making.
• To present quarterly margin statements with gap analysis over previous quarter on Material cost, Plant Operational cost & Corporate Expenses with actual production Mix along.

Customer Oriented

• To Work closely with Plant Department like production, Plant HR Team etc. to deliver the Standard input/ output on product & the process.
• To work closely with Plant and help in finalizing job work rates

People Oriented

• To report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required
• To coach subordinate in cost estimating that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements

Internal Business Process

• To prepare Report on all abnormal Material wastages occurring at each operation that covers abnormal issuances, internal orders gaps, production order gaps & scrapping of material.
• To vet Standards input/ output based on physical verification at process level derived by Plant and provide inputs to HO costing for preparing Monthly Standard Costing file for all products that shall cover after deriving .
• To Closely monitor/ check the BOM, Routings that helps in finalizing the Standard cost in SAP.
• To manage (arrange or prepare) Standard production MIS being prepared at Plant on monthly basis.
• To inform leakage, wastage, abnormality to Plant Head on priority in addition to above role.
