Drive productivity through the team assigned Desired Candidate Profile
High energy and drive with a Blend of Sales and Service.
Ability to manage and motivate front office staff.
Customer First attitude.
Graduate: 6 - 8 years of experience.
Post Graduate: 4 - 6 years of experience.
Should be Persuasive with excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: Lead a team of Relationship Managers and Senior Branch Relationship Managers Drive sales of CASA, third-party products (TPP), and asset products through the team Ensure consistent customer coverage, engagement, and retention Monitor and enhance team productivity across assigned channels Foster a culture of service excellence and customer-centricity Support team members in achieving individual and branch-level business goals
