Depot Manager
Job Description
Strategically manage depot in compliance with company's policies and vision Ensuring proper checking of FG and maintaining the same in TCS iON Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization Initiate, coordinate and enforce approved SOP Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the depot Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system Liaise with transport companies and drivers to ensure smooth supply chain process Plan daily work, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results Coach and motivate employees to ensure 100% productivity Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
