Who are we looking for Senior Technical Consultant - AEM Exp : 7-10 Yrs Position Technical Skills: Responsibilities . To architect, design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery. . Hands-on and Implement the solutions along with a high technically focused team to provide technical expertise in the Design and planning of solutions. . Build solutions on top of the AEM Sites and Assets. . Transfers and ensures business requirements into technical specs and provides technical implementation solution and recommendations . Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the AEM core platform, and integrate with other systems . Define implementation processes, and best practices . Handle the Demos and POCs for clients. . Provide technical guidance to team and mentor the technical focused team. . Review Code and ensure code quality, readability and security . Hands-on contribution as part of the team and lead the day-to-day technical activities bringing in excellence in implementation. . Work closely with clients, developers, system administrators and BA\'s to build AEM solutions. . Provide solutions in integrating third-party systems with AEM as part of overall architecture. . Provide the leadership and direction to team by leading the projects in the Agile model taking on the different roles required in the project. Requirements . Must: Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a strong understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate . Must: Deep understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components, touch UI dialogs etc., and AEM development . Must: Deep understanding of Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, Queries, OSGi services and components . Must: Deep understanding of the AEM Sites deployment, Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering . Must: Deep understanding in Java, web development experience, other Content Management system experience . Must: Expertise with core web technologies including XML, XHTML, Client Server-Side Scripting languages such as JavaScript, and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations . Preferred: Expertise in AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the AEM platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix. . Must: Application development, distributed application development and Internet/Intranet based database applications . Preferred: Good understanding of and hands- on development experience with relevant \'Java CMS\' frameworks including Apache Sling for content- centric application development, JCR and JSR- 170 / JSR- 283 for Content Management, JSR- 168 and JSR- 286 for Portal development, and Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development. . Preferred: Good Understanding of Integration with other Adobe Marketing Cloud Products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target etc. . Preferred: Good Understanding of Latest Features in AEM .
