Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement

    • Market Research Firms - Primary Research Agencies

    • Strategic/Competitor Secondary Research

    • Consulting Firms

    • Marketing Firms

    • Other services (Data Science, Marketing etc.)

    • Graduate and / or above with a demonstrated record of success in leadership role(s)


      • Minimum 10-12 years in Market Research or KPO \xe2\x80\x93 selling end-to-end Market Research / Survey solutions (experience in selling online Panel would be a plus but not mandatory) to corporates and research agencies.

      • Designing project roadmap for to achieve Client research objective. o Survey Programming and Data Processing

      • Range of data collection services e.g., Cawi / Online Surveys

      • Analytics

    • Experience in delegating, managing, and influencing teams and individuals towards strong client service delivery.

    • Excellent People Management, Team management and Client management skills

    • Fluent in business communication, English speaking, reading, and writing, preferably with US accent.

    • Proficient in using computer and MS Office and MS Outlook

    • A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!

    • Proactive / Self-starter, Highly Motivated.

Responsibilities

    • Run high quality enterprise sales cycles which includes:

    • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through monthly/quarterly business review calls coupled with roadshow within markets alongside Sales & Marketing team and convert these leads into active revenue pipeline.

    • Representing company at industry events and conferences and taking up the speaking opportunities and delivering world class content.

    • Short term and long term KRAs: \xe2\x80\x93 Develop key business insights from existing account level information and implement multiple sustainable strategies for each of the regional business unit.

    • Detailed analysis of business pipeline via RFP analysis and live project data across teams.

    • Strengthen existing client relationships / build new relationships and advocate company with the client organizations at the executive level.

    • Identify cross selling opportunities (across regional relationships). \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to lead and prepare draft proposals and RFP/RFQ replies.

    • Responsible for preparing and updating marketing collaterals and decks.

    • Own revenue quota to be attained by selling to new client accounts and by leveraging one\xe2\x80\x99s earlier relationships for selling high value-added services to market research services firms including: \xe2\x80\x93 Market Research Firms \xe2\x80\x93 Primary Research Agencies , Strategic/Competitor Secondary Research and other services (Data Science, Marketing etc.)
