Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\xe2\x80\x99 firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

• We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all organisation\xe2\x80\x99s operations. Incumbent will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
• Proven working experience as Operations Manager
• Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace
• Excels at operating in fast pace community & environment
• Open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view
• Persuasive with details and facts

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
• Chalk out or improve operational systems, processes and best practises that guarantee organizational well-being
• Contribute towards the achievement of company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic and operational objectives
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
• Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources
• Cater to clients\xe2\x80\x99 or personnel\xe2\x80\x99s concerns
