Role Responsibilities Management Proven track record in managing multiple teams and complex projects preferably for banking domain. Champion Agile best-practices, processes, oversee Agile Squads and tools in support of DevOps processes. Have experience in managing Product Vendors and Fintech Partners. Use of variety of communication methods (interviews, meetings, workshops etc.,) and produce different but related business perspectives - planning, business, design - non-Technical, and technical solution. Costing and Budgeting of Solutions. Estimations and preparation of SoW, Technology project plan Working closely and engaging with other teams such as Program management, vendor management, Management office and other technology teams Highly motivated with willingness to take ownership / responsibility for their work Engaging appropriate parties including off-shore development centre, Project teams and or vendors for development, and delivery of the solutions Provide periodic reporting to project stake holders, identify Risk , Issues earlier and plan for mitigation Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the . Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Our Ideal Candidate Qualifications Min 12- 15 years proven expertise as a Delivery Lead managing complex enterprise class applications - Vendor Products. Min 10 years in banking IT Knowledge & experience in the following frameworks/technologies/Tools Java, J2EE, Spring/Struts, Hibernate, SOA, etc Integration - Restful API / Solace / IMFT Cloud - AWS ( EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, ALB) DB - Oracle/Postgre SQL Agile Methodologies & Devops ( CI/CD). Platform - Linux ( RHEL) Webserver - Apache Tomcat. Tools - JIRA, Confluence, Clarity Role Specific Competencies Exposure to Retail Banking products Origination & Credit Approval, knowledge of Business Banking will be an advantage.
