Job description Total IT experience of 17 years+ out of which 5-6 years should be in Delivery Management Delivery Management experience of 5-6 years in Development projects ( T&M / fixed price, Outcome based Programs) / AMS programs - Experience of handling Managed Services Projects will be an advantage. Directly managed a Portfolio of 200+ Delivered projects in sub-verticals. Functional domains such as Logistics & Transportation desirable Establish and enhance the customer relationship Establish Governance of multiple programs/projects Financial and Operational Governance excellence Drive pre-sales support Drive innovations across projects to establish Value Driven Delivery Set-up processes and Governance mechanisms to ensure s on programs status Drive operational efficiencies to meet targets wrt Revenue, Margin Should have the ability to connect at various levels in the customer organization - Director, Manager, Vendor Management Office Ability to get into the details as needed, come up with the remediation plan, with the ability to navigate troubled projects to stable state/GREEN Good people management skills to drive a performance driven Organisation Work extensively with the Account Management team to ensure growth Primary skills (mandatory) Should have managed a few Programs to drive Digital transformation / Modernization for Fortune Clients.
