We are excited to hire a Delivery Consultant at Oracle Cerner. As a Delivery Consultant , you will consult with clients on current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance and complete complex full-system solution build and maintain accountability for build quality score and follow up actions . You will apply and suggest improvements to implementation methodology and consult on complex configuration decisions. You will develop and execute complex test plan and test script execution and note changes in end user functionality. You will review new defects, write steps to test, outline information for change requests and notify clients. You will navigate across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate to solution and engagement leadership. You will contribute knowledge to internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
• At least 1 year of customer service, call center, hospitality and/or technical support work experience
• At least 4 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in high level overview of healthcare domain workflow, SQL, Configuration capabilities
• Good understanding in ITIL Certification, Remedy, etc.
