Job Purpose and Impact
The Supply Chain Small Works Sr. Delivery Consultant - SAP will be accountable for driving and executing all small works within Supply Chain modules (Transportation and Procurement) across SAP TCx instances . You will provide subject matter expertise to execute agile events for one or more agile delivery teams to resolve impediments and mentor the teams on the development of new techniques. In this role, you will influence strategies and advise management within an agile team environment to create flexible, self-organizing teams and partner closely with the functions to report on progress, financials etc. Key Accountabilities
Remove impediments to effective sprint processes and ensure that stories are sprint ready and use a broad perspective to identify potential risks and problems before they happen.
Coordinate with multiple service partners and ensure delivery of a consistent solution across TCx solutions.
Ensure that performance levels are adequately aligned to organizational objectives and sprint ready, without direct oversight or guidance using specific and repeatable mentoring and team leadership techniques.
Provide expertise to develop and guide the creation of an environment that empowers and energizes team members to execute their duties efficiently and consistently across a broad range of responsibilities and regions.
Interpret internal business practices combined with a solid understanding of industry requirements and their intersection with agile principles and values to provide management and the team with tested and reliable process improvement options.
Oversee risks and partner collaboratively with management and senior level experts to recommend solutions to mitigate dangers and issues to process efficiency and the delivery of business objectives.
Plan and follow through on the organization of all team events to bring team members closer together and drive new levels of engagement with team projects.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Partners with SAP and Non-SAP Solutions & Delivery team for delivery of a consistent E2E Supply chain solution across technologies.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Advanced understanding of agile values, frameworks, and metrics
Project and Small work financials, budgeting and forecasting
Minimum of four years of related work experience
