We are looking for an experienced remote Data Solution Architect to join our growing enterprise data management team. The role requires hands-on experience in software engineering and data integration, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant leadership experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for building our MDM capability to support company-wide digital transformation within the life sciences and healthcare industry. Responsibilities Develop master data rules, procedures, and governance Apply data governance for master data through data coordination and integration Implement and configure the data model within MDM Drive and implement data conversion and initial load of data in MDM Guide the design and implementation of features, services, and prototypes Share knowledge and expertise with team members Streamline the delivery of solutions to the business Requirements 7+ years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering 3+ years of relevant leadership experience At least 1 year of experience in a software architect role Strong knowledge of Data Integration, Data Governance, and Data Management principles Experience with Tibco EBX MDM Experience in Spring Batch and Spring Boot Upper-intermediate level of English (B2+) Nice to have Software Architect certification Experience with other data integration and management tools We offer Insurance Coverage Paid Leaves - including maternity, bereavement, paternity, and special COVID-19 leaves.
