We are hiring for BE Graduates with 8 to 12 yrs of relevant experience in Graph Data Solution. Experience in Neo4j, Orient DB, Tiger Graph, Janus Graph etc for one of our Client who are into IT. Detailed JD is given below. Neo4j Certification is a must. JOB DESCRIPTION: GRAPH DATA SOLUTION ARCHITECT ROLE Developing and honing subject matter expertise to effectively discern and understand the true needs of our customers, present technology solutions that target those needs, and all in all, demonstrate thought leadership and the value of Neo4j through platform and use case demonstrations, solution architecting, workshops, and conferences Meeting and exceeding regional revenue goals, as a result of helping Sales to qualify and validate opportunities from a technical perspective and accelerate the sales cycle and adoption of Neo4j Collaborating effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product Management, etc to deliver continuous value to customers and ensure a seamless customer experience as they embark on the graph journey RESPONSIBILITIES Actively drive and run the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working with Sales as the key technical advisor and advocate for Graph related products and services Work across a number of opportunities in parallel and manage day-to-day activities such as opportunity qualification, technical discovery, presentations, platform and use case demonstrations, proof of value, sizing, and documentation of technical decision criteria Build and nurture rapport with customer stakeholders at all levels and be the trusted advisor to them to help them understand what they can achieve with Neo4j Co-create reference and solution architectures with customers, including integrating Neo4j with their existing architecture and applications within a public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or on-premise environment Continuously learn Neo4j capability, including but not limited to usage and integration with third-party tools and services, to confidently articulate the business and technical value of Neo4j, address competitive differentiation, and handle objections Distil and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Help drive demand through the participation in account-based marketing events as well as industry-known conferences and trade shows Actively help to foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement Travel as required to assist in deal creation and closure, and provide support to your team as required REQUIREMENT 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar capacity (Sales/Presales/Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, etc), ideally in a similar high-growth, scaling environment Excellent communication and collaborative skills Experience working with different data technologies in either of the following areas: o Enterprise data architecture o Data engineering o Data science o Cloud data architecture Successful track record in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions in the public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise Hands-on experience and proficiency in SQL and at least one of the following languages: o Python o Java o JavaScript o Go o C# Ability to engage and communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels through presentations, whiteboarding, and platform demonstrations Technical savviness and business acumen to translate technical concepts and patterns into valuable business outcomes Passion for learning new technologies (especially graphs!), developing new ways of data modelling, and spearheading change Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc) and/or graph databases (Neo4j, Tiger Graph, Orient DB, Janus Graph, etc) - will be a strong plus! DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS & SKILLS Neo4j Certified Professional & Neo4j Graph Data Science Certification Excellent problem solving mindset with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and problem solve Awareness on programming languages (Python, Ruby, PHP, Java, C# or similar) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Bachelors or Masters in a relevant technical field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering.
