The Role: Quality Associate

Grade: (relevant for internal applicants only) 9

The Location: Pakistan, India

The Team: Quality Control team is a global, diverse, and cohesive group passionate about quality of data being published for our clients. This group of professionals stand behind Timeliness & Accuracy. We encourage client feedback and reward $50 for verified data mistakes and omissions. The team also runs and manages supporting programs - Data Quality Retrospective & Content Feedback with a motive to make our platform error free for our clients making a difference in the market in comparison to our competitors.

The Impact: The role is highly collaborative and is focused on bringing together stakeholders in the formation and successful execution of business strategies. The successful candidate will work independently to provide ongoing support to subject matter experts of the content teams working towards improving data quality and achieving KPIs/SLAs for their content sets.

Responsibilities:

Perform analysis and recommends solutions to achieve high quality data.

Reviews client cases involving the content team to help correct errors and establish/refine procedures and processes to improve accuracy. Ensuring the job goal and guarantees are met.

Engages with internal stakeholders to define requirements for the measurement of data quality including data related projects and provide regular updates against those requirements.

Preparing presentation for Retrospective Meetings as well as managing and administering the same

Manages Content Feedback Program to ensure internal feedback is fixed at the earliest and root-cause analysis is performed correctly

Performs root cause analysis audit and facilitate implementation of preventative actions for continuous quality improvements.

Develops and runs ad hoc data queries from multiple database types to identify and correct data inconsistencies.

Manages daily support/troubleshooting issues to make sure immediate concerns are met without negatively impacting quality of data.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Strong Communication and leadership skills to effectively communicate across several levels of the organization and in cross-culture

Strong organization skills, attention to detail is critical; able to work on concurrent projects

Proven ability to work with minimal direction, maintain focus while working with routine tasks.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment in task force situations

Flexible with timings and willingness to go the extra mile

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Microsoft Excel and Presentation Skills

Able to write and run SQL queries

Prior experience on client question workflow
