We are interested in hearing from people who have: 8 years of experience with extensive knowledge of data quality/governance background Understanding of Big Data and Hadoop platforms. Extensive experience with Data Governance projects within Banking/Insurance industry Experience as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst with Scrum Lead exposure Advanced presentation skills using Power-Points Experience with a Data Management methodology e.g. DAMA DMBOK, EDM DCAM or CMMI DMM Exposure to Collibra, Alation or any other data governance tool. Intermediate Analytics using tools such as: MS-SQL Server, Teradata and Tableau Experience with Metadata management and Data Lineage approach/frameworks Experience with design and development of data quality controls. Consulting approach to solving problems Agile/Scrum ways of working using tools such as JIRA, Confluence Bachelor degree and ideally postgraduate degree preferred Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the technical analysis and delivery of key strategic Data Management initiatives. Support the design and development of the Data management initiatives, workshops facilitation and project management activities Lead, coach and mentor a team of analysts to execute on the Data Management Implementation Framework and embed data quality rules and controls into critical business processes. Ensure that data management implementations including the steps, activities, and deliverables are aligned with the Consumer Finance\'s Business Strategy, CDO\'s strategy and the overall Group\'s visions Identify and proactively manage project risks, along with continuous improvements Ensure any designs, strategy/frameworks and recommendations developed are aligned with the Strategy, Group Risk and CDO\'s principles, policies and standard. Design and Development of the Data Quality controls in Ab Initio or similar tool. Management and governance of Critical Data Elements (CDE) as per the CDO\'s policies, standards and framework.
