$23bn! The total worldwide sales of Novartis Pharmaceuticals reported by your team. Your role ensures financial performance through strategic analysis and optimal resource allocation in order to reimagine medicine across 70 countries.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Collaborate closely with Finance associates to drive decisions via data and analytics. Responsible for developing solutions to Finance's challenges by identifying the right data assets, tools, analytical models, and teams to deliver.
• Transform raw data into impactful business insights, develop and optimize the data extraction, transformation and reporting process
• Support work on cross-functional projects using advance modelling & analytics techniques, develop and maintain machine learning models and solutions.
• Strong coding skills with the ability to write high-performance code in Python
• Demonstrated ability with the following skills required: Data modeling & data mining using Python, R, SQL languages.
• Highly competent in advanced statistical modeling and implementation of machine learning algorithms, including real-time data analytics
• Analytical techniques such as optimization process, predictive models. Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

• Bachelors / Masters in Technology / MBA (university degree required). Proficient in English
• 1-4 years relevant experience in Data analytics, Data Modeling & Data Mining
• Experience in Advanced Data analytics, Data Modeling, Data Mining, Machine Learning
• Experience in Programming skills in Python/R
• Experience in Power BI/Qlik Sense/Tellius
