DailyBetter - Program Manager - Founders\' Office

JOB SUMMARY:

I am looking to hire a full-time Program Manager (Founder office) who can be part of an exciting mission to build a platform for life coaching. The role is based out of Gurgaon, and I would prefer someone based out of NCR as the role would require meeting in office 2-3 times a week. Some of the key responsibilities are mentioned below:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct analysis to provide actionable insights and identify trends.

- Work closely with founder to launch new products and services.

- Work on developing the initial website and App

- Working on execution of key products to be launched

- Execute the needs of the Program Management Office of the Founder

KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prior experience of Program Management will be a huge advantage.

- Completed Masters, Graduate or equivalent degree or a higher degree.

- Ability to go through data from multiple sources, analyze and come up with key insights.

- Hands on experience of Word, PPT and Excel is a must

- Good communication skills - preferably in both written and verbal English

- Strong motivation to work in startups - self learner.

- Intellectual curiosity to constantly keep Digging for more insights and interpret data in unusual ways driving unique insights.

- Overall it\'s a role where the candidate will have to be hands on with multiple facets of working in a start-up. Looking for some who is excited about the hustle in a start-up.

Prasun has been in the industry for more than 19+ years now. Have worked across Technology, Consulting and Banking before taking a plunge in start-ups. Worked as one of the initial founding leaders of a multi-billion dollar start-up in the Hospitality-tech industry. Played multiple roles across multiple functions across multiple geographies. Launched and built teams across many new countries for the start-up.
