JOB PURPOSE

Monitoring/Analyzing and Coordinating of Chlorine Tonner & Hydrogen Manifolds assests to maximize the Turn Around Time to achieve higher asset utilization rate resulting in optimum plant operating rates.

Supporting Actions

Monitoring/Analysis of Tonner dashboard and identification of available empty tonner

• To Track and Monitor the end-to-end rotation of the Chlorine Tonner and Hydrogen Manifold.
• To prepare Cluster wise empty availability report and submit to unit logistics team/CSO team for lifting of same.
• Circulate daily /monthly Tonner/Manifold reports to all concerned in Marketing/Log./CSO and Sr. Management on Tonner /Manifold status.

Unit wise tonner Records Update

• Maintain Customer Wise / Region Wise/Unit Wise tonners inventory records.
• All Tonners/Manifold to be fitted with RFID and their records captured thru on-line system.
• Monthly report to be prepared and circulated to Zonal Heads, Logistics/CSO and Sr. Management.

To facilitate inter-unit tonner movement to minimize production loss due to less availability of empty tonners

• - Chlorine Tonners are company assets which needs to be shared across units to ensure optimum CSL production across unit.
• - To Plan and Facilitate across units tonner/manifold movement which ensure adequate tonners available at site in a cost effective manner.
• - Shortages to be covered thru effective movement of tonners to unit sites

Work towards improvising Tonner Turn-around time(TAT) and benchmark customers and plants basis TAT

• - To prepare Daily/ monthly MIS report which will cover Zone wise/Customer wise Tonner Ageing and HT Due tonners details. Tracking of customer wise tonners availability and coordinating with Unit Log. & CSO team for lifting.
• - Coordinating with Tonner chasers for effective reporting and coordination with marketing and customer for timely utilization of our tonners and return of empty tonners.
• - Minimum holding time of filled tonners at customer site. Regulate the movement incase of plant shut down in coordination with Marketing & Logistics.

Effective coordination with Tonner chaser

• - Daily reports of customer site inventory to be prepared and verified from Tonner Chasers. To depute them to various customer sites etc.
• - Review the tonner chaser report and provide feedback to Marketing/Logistics and CSO team for timely action.

To organize Chlorine Safety Seminars in consultation with Zonal Team

• - Plan & Drive customer safety audit and coordinate with Zonal Team/Site Team.
• - Monitor the safety related regulations for sales of chlorine & hydrogen and ensure SOP is updated.
• - Plan & Drive Chlorine safety seminar calender and coordinate with Zonal Team/Site team for same

Assist Head - Tonner / Manifold Logistics with Daily/Monthly Reports for Period/Monthly review with all Zonal Heads & Sr. Management Team

• - Provide timely reports for review which are categorized as Daily/ Weekly and Monthly.

Stakeholder Management / Market Intelligence

• - To have a connect with all the customers at the ground level to have a visibility of all the Chlorine Trucks available with the Customers from all the suppliers and share the market intelligence with the marketing team
