Gain familiarity with KEI information technology and network systems, ISO 27001 information security management landscape, history, and current state cyber-architecture.
Midterm: (3 to 6 months)
Lead select projects supporting the Cybersecurity Maturity Assessment remediation.
Assume ownership of internal IT project management tools including standardized chartering, MS Project templates, etc.
Assume leadership of project management tasks to set timing, determine resource needs, approach, etc.
Support the evaluation and selection process for third party support as necessary.
