Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts Answering questions about products or the company Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Enter and update customer information in the database Keep records of calls and sales Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales. Required Experience & Desire Skill: Minimum 2 years experience working as a telesales Effective Communication and organizational skill Strong negotiation and consultative skill Create Rapport with the client This involves using empathy, patience and persuasion to convert leads and convince existing customers to become repeat buyers. address customer complaints and convince them to buy at favorable rates. Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.20 per month Benefits:
