- Handle customer queries & complaints using calls, emails, chat.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve Complaints / Negative Feedback / Low Ratings by interacting with customers.
- Escalate the customer grievances to the floor supervisor.
- Handle critical situations and ensure appropriate solutions to the customer on the first go.
- Coordinating with Delivery Partners to obtain details of delivery and communicate to Customers.
- Day shift
