Position: Customer Care Executive (B.tech, BCA, BE & BSC in Computer Science)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Work in Office)
Shift: Day/Night Rotational
Interview: Face to Face Only
Qualification: B.tech, BCA, BE
Language: Marathi, English & Hindi
Skill Set:
Exceptional Problem solving and analysing skills.
The candidate should be Energetic and confident over the call.
The tone of voice should be Clear and good in English.
Must be capable to handle Customer Calls and queries
Have Basic Computer Knowledge
Excellent spoken Communication Skills
Active and efficient candidate having zeal to explore career in voice process.
2 dose Vaccination is Mandatory for interview
