Job Title: Sales and Operation SpecialistCompany: Travel TrampLocation: JaipurTravel Tramp, a leading provider of travel services based in Jaipur since 2022, is currently seeking a dedicated Sales and Operation Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day sales and operational activities, including customer service, sales training, and sales management.- Promote Travel Tramp\'s services and cultivate relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.- Provide effective sales training to team members.- Manage campaign operations to optimize sales performance.- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Qualifications:- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong customer service orientation.- Previous experience in sales and operations, with a focus on calling sales.- Proficiency in delivering effective sales training.- Knowledge of the travel sector.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.Salary and Benefits:- Competitive salary: 17,000 - 20,000 per month.- Cell phone reimbursement.- Day shift schedule.Education and Experience:- Bachelor\'s degree preferred.- Minimum 1 year of total work experience.- Experience in campaign management, sales, and management roles preferred.
