A customer experience specialist is responsible for keeping of customer journeys, interacting with customer across channel and platforms, coordinating with all internal stakeholders, such as Client servicing, sales, marketing etc.,Someone whose expertise result in excellent customer relationship management.Academic Qualification: Any degree.Languages : English and Hindi.Desired Experience: 1 to 4 yrs experience in any customer experience specialist or any related customer support role.
