Male candidates only !!Freshers are welcome !!Greetings from NGFO Technologies, Coimbatore.We are looking for freshers for Customer Support Executive who is passionate about taking initiatives that helps in the business growth in terms of expansion, profitability and revenue and who is also interested in getting involved in Business Development role as well.Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.(International)
  • Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain good customer relations.
  • Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Retain the potential customers.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and respond to their queries in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
Requirements:
  • Freshers and Voice process trained can apply
  • Willingness to work in night shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently with full ownership.
  • Should have an attitude to serve customers and assist them in effectively using the company's products
  • Willingness to adapt to Business Development sector.
  • If BPO Voice process candidate, its an added value .
