Customer Service Executive (US Shift) Freshers -1+ year Location : Mohali Roles & Responsibilities:-
  • Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
  • Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.

  • Handle customer\xe2\x80\x99s problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide support to customers in multiple languages via phone, email, or chat.
  • Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors.
  • Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Regularly update customer database with accurate information
Skills Required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Any Graduate with Good communication & Excellent English Fluency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 15,000.00 - 21,000.00 per month Benefits:
