Job Description
AWATAC is looking for \' Customer support executive - US \' Position. Dynamic individual with excellent communication & email etiquette required. Must have experience in dealing with Shipping Lines & Trucking companies. Ocean & Air documentation knowledge with be added advantage. Experience in Ocean Freight, Air Freight & Project shipments for US companies. Knowledge of geographical boundaries, Sea ports. Develop & maintain strong relationships with customers. Creative, problem solving & solution-oriented approach to handle both Origin & Destination parties. Night shift - US Central timings Location - Hyderabad, INDIA.
