[Location-Bangalore (On Site)] \xef\x82\xb7 In this role the person would be handling acquisition of sellers. \xef\x82\xb7 The person will be responsible for acquiring new sellers and growing them \xef\x82\xb7 This is an online sales role and the associates are expected to do calling and work on warm leads as well. \xef\x82\xb7 The candidate would be responsible to drive multiple sales techniques to acquire new sellers \xef\x82\xb7 The associate would be placed in different categories to acquire sellers, make them go live and grow them. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. \xef\x82\xb7 Candidate should be very comfortable with a target driven environment Desired skills and experience: \xef\x82\xb7 Overall 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferable in E-commerce \xef\x82\xb7 Post Graduate is an added benefit \xef\x82\xb7 Should be comfortable with data and should be motivated to achieve targets \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to manage operations involving external partner teams with good communication skills \xef\x82\xb7 Relationship management skills, interpersonal communication skills - ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams \xef\x82\xb7 Basic proficiency in MS applications e.g. Microsoft Word / Excel / Power point This job requires that you are self-motivated, can take direction well, learn quickly and most importantly create success for yourself.
