Work location- Wagle estate, ThaneJD:1. Respond to the customer queries, primarily via email and telephone.
2. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
3. Resolve any customer technical issues through diligent research,
reproduction, and troubleshooting.
4. Communicating with clients for technical Support and also
coordinating with Other departments for quick resolution of
customer reported issues.
5. Document all technical inquiries; develop and review content for
