Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to customers via calls and other communication channels to understand their needs, address their concerns, and build a rapport that reinforces their loyalty to our brand.- Journey Monitoring: Monitor and track customer journey touchpoints, ensuring that customers receive timely and relevant communication at different stages of their subscription lifecycle.- Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for customers\' inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions to ensure a seamless experience, collaborating closely with internal teams when necessary.- Proactive Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to increase average revenue per customer, tailoring recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our healthcare services, subscription offerings, and the value they bring to customers. Utilize this knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and assist customers in deriving maximum value from their subscriptions.- Data Analysis: Regularly analyze customer utilization patterns and behavior to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and insights to provide valuable input to our product and marketing teams for continuous improvement. Advocate for customer needs and preferences within the company.- Customer Onboarding: Assist in the smooth onboarding process of new subscription members, ensuring they understand the value proposition and features of their chosen subscription.
