Job Description


Supports the Industrial vertical sales team to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with the organizational strategy, goals, policies and processes. Builds a good understanding of target customers and their business Maximizes impact of transactional sales through effective probing and lead qualification Sales farming responsibilities while maintaining efficiency of sales processes Provides a personalised service and builds relationships with customers Pro actively works with the sales team and other internal cross functional teams to deliver on Sales operations tasks Tracks competitor information, market trends and suggests required action Formulates and manages service contracts with customers Communicates service or rate changes, notable trends, policies and other relevant information to assigned accounts Assists with processing price quotes and rate negotiations. Liases with the internal Tender team and the backend Sales team to achieve better task optimization Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality Typically supports a large impact client base in a large cluster. Prior experience in Sales/strong commercial acumen will be preferred Prior experience in Special cargo/Metals/Mining/Renewables is a plus
