Who We Are Looking For:

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Sr. Customer Success Engineer.
The Sr. Customer Success engineer is responsible for the adoption and assistance of AGCO Digital Products to AGCO customers and dealers, which includes assisting the user with any technical or operational queries related to the AGCO Digital Products. The Sr. Customer Success Engineer. will be the expert of the Digital Products and will be responsible for increasing adoption of AGCO’s Digital Products. Responsibilities include trouble-shooting and diagnostics for all product issues and then communication in the forms of tele-service, web communication, publications, dealer training (as required). The Sr. Customer Success Engineer is expected to be a recognized product expert on their assigned product(s).
What You Will Do:


  • Assist AGCO customers and dealers in adoption and/or troubleshooting of any technical and/or operational queries.
  • Develop strategy to increase adoption of digital products by identifying training needs, video tutorials, help articles etc. using trends from received customer queries
  • Partner with AGCO’s training team, Customer Support Team and Product Management team to develop training tutorials, videos and articles.
  • Participate in cross functional meetings with Product Management, Information Technology, and Digital Transformation Office to drive customer issues to resolution in timely manner.
  • Participate in pilot projects to support new Digital Product Rollouts in various regions globally.
  • Develop, manage and own content for chatbot and adoption platform to provide on the go assistance to the user.
  • On certain occasions, perform site visits, occasional dealer and customer visits, as project requires.

What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Management
  • 2-3 years of relevant business experience2
  • Experience in Data Analytics
