About the role

We are looking for an exceptional customer success manager to join our growing team. In this role you will own and develop the Sourcewiz relationship with the clients, guiding and ensuring that they launch Sourcewiz successfully, adopt it and ultimately leverage the platform to grow their businesses

As part of the Customer Success team you will:


Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with our customers through regular engagement to ensure they are getting the most out of Sourcewiz


Responsible for renewals for the assigned set of accounts and support in identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities


Drive adoption and usage of new products and features


Serve as the primary point of escalation if customer issues arise, then troubleshoot and ensure quick resolution


Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, onboarding, product, and tech) to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers

Here’s what we are looking for:


2-3 years of strong customer-facing account management or experience of managing projects at SaaS companies, preferably SMB SaaS


Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills


Previous experience using CRM tools, ticketing software and other tech enablement preferred


Problem-solving skills around technical, product, and business questions.


Analytical and data-driven with ability to work with multiple stakeholders
