US CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT (VOICE) Qualification: - Undergraduate / Graduate Experience: - 6 Months of experience preferred in the same domain Should be open for flexible shifts. Support to Utility Company Based on East Coast Work from Office - Bangalore (Brookfield) Technical background not requiredJOB DESCRIPTION Should be aware about US culture Receiving calls from US customers regarding Billing queries, Complaints and Payment related Should have excellent communication skills (Versant 4/5) Making sure that the customer's issues are attended and all of their concern are resolved immediately Ensure that the customer's confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.No. of days working : 5 days to begin with but can be 6 days, as per the business requirements
Shift timings (which are available for now) : Eastern standard time
Cab Facility : Yes within transport boundaries
CTC : 25K - 30k
