About you and this role - What you would do in this role
As Customer Service Specialist, you will require to act as the interface between customers and the business value chain partners to deliver exceptional service to our customers and drive profitability to Dow.
Your role would focus on providing solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with functional partners (Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet company objectives.
You would be responsible for complete handling of Order receipt and handling process, matching Dow\'s internal resources with customer needs and expectations.
